The Third Jesus

Yesterday i finished the book "The Third Jesus". By Deepak Chopra.

A refreshing look at Jesus, Grace and Christ consciousness, drawing on biblical and gnostic writings. To me it is an appealing Jesus so familiar yet so very unfamiliar in much of Christian circles. I suspect fundamentalists won't much like this book.
I can't find the sections but for me there was some profound fresh thinking around "love your neighbour as yourself" & "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" & "loving your enemies". Something about that in grasping and living this is pure grace, union with God within, Christ consciousness.
I would recommend this book.

Forged in the fires of questioning

To be vital, to be the best of which we are capable, our religon must be a wholly personal one, forged entirely through the fire of our questioning and doubting in the crucible of our experience of reality.

Nature of Life

The nature of life is to sip evenly from the cup of comfort and the cup of discomfort.

Walking the Labyrinth

I was reminded of how freeing walking the Labyrinth can be. I found this lovely out door one in Healsville, Victoria.
