Health, Wealth and Generosity.
Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness,
Self-control, Humility, Compassion,
Justice, Mercy and Positivity!
These are the things I am; I am becoming and am surrounded by.
These are the things of God, who is in all and is all.
From everlasting ages past and into everlasting eternity ahead.
Be with all those known and unknown to me this day (night).
I commend myself and those I know and love into your loving care and protection oh Lord my God; Mother and Father of all creation.

Note: the breathing in \ out part can be used one or more times. You could either focus primarily on your breathing or a focus word of your choice (joy, peace, etc). Both in and out could be completely about positive energy that you are receiving and also giving to \ from the universe or the in could be the positive and the out could be the letting go, the “ordering out” of that which is negative \ unhelpful.
